To ensure that all parcel is safely delivered to you, we only provide registered tracked mail services.

 

All local parcels are shipped with J&T, International Orders with ARAMEX  and IFWBABYLON is not liable for any lost parcel / accountability once it leave our tiny corner ｡°(°.◜ᯅ◝°)°｡

 

Local J&T

$4 ➜ 2-3 working days doorstep delivery 

 

International  ARAMEX

$25-35 ➜ 10 working days delivery ( excluding holidays and weekends )

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking details

*Aramex will provide the tracking status up till it's delivered. Any parcel going to the United States will be handed over to UPS , Canada to Fedex ,once it reaches its destination country.

A new tracking number will be provided with your local delivery and you can check the updated status on the designated courier website which will be shown on Aramex website. 

In any case of delayed delivery, please reach out to Aramex first as they'll be able to find out more details quickly with the designated courier company. 

 

Custom , duties & taxes 

In any case where duty fees or taxes are imposed by the destination country’s customs, it’ll be paid by the buyer/receiver.

Ifwbabylon will not be held accountable for any fees regarding the parcel once it leaves Singapore.

No cancellation or refunds of orders are allowed in any case where the receiver does not pay for their Duty & Taxes. If the parcel gets sent back to me, I’ll hold it for 30 days from receiving and from then it’ll automatically be claimed back to me with no refunds provided.

Order Processing Time ˚ ༘ ೀ⋆｡˚

For Press-On : Once you've received the order confirmation, we will be working hard for the next 2-3 weeks to complete your set on time!

For Nail Supplies : 3-7 days for the order to be packed and shipped out. 

Pre-Order : products on pre-order list will take around 1-1.5 weeks to be made and another 3 days for it to be packed and processed for shipment.

Rush Order

In need of your set urgently for a special event? We provide rush order option at an additional $15 and will have them made and shipped out within 1 week instead!
