$4 SGD, 2-3 working days.
• Aramex (DDU):
Customs payment email will be sent to you and payment must be made before it’s shipped out from the Singapore processing facility .
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking details
*Aramex will provide the tracking status up till it's delivered. Any parcel going to the United States will be handed over to Fedex ,once it reaches its destination country.
A new tracking number will be provided with your local delivery and you can check the updated status on the designated courier website which will be shown on Aramex website.
In any case of delayed delivery, please reach out to Aramex first as they'll be able to find out more details quickly with the designated courier company.
Custom , duties & taxes
In any case where duty fees or taxes are imposed by the destination country’s customs, it’ll be paid by the buyer/receiver.
Ifwbabylon will not be held accountable for any fees regarding the parcel once it leaves Singapore.
If customs charges are refused or unpaid, the parcel will be returned to us at an additional cost. Return fees will be deducted from your order total, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
Customs fees is about 10-20% of your total order value depending on your country’s customs policy.
Order Processing Time ˚ ༘ ೀ⋆｡˚
For Press-On : Once you've received the order confirmation, we will be working hard for the next 2-3 weeks to complete your set on time!
For Nail Supplies : 3-7 days for the order to be packed and shipped out.
Pre-Order : products on pre-order list will take around 1-1.5 weeks to be made and another 3 days for it to be packed and processed for shipment.
Rush Order
In need of your set urgently for a special event? We provide rush order option at an additional $15 and will have them made and shipped out within 1 week instead!
